What are the basic features of a reducing valve for power station?

(1). Pressure regulating range: It indicates the regulating range of the output pressure P₂ of a reducing valve, during which the specified precision should be met.

The pressure regulating range of reducing valve ZJY46H: 0.1-1.0MPa; Standard configuration of the product: 0.2-0.5MPa; range of pressure which can be generated according to the user’s requirements: 0.1-0.2MPa (low pressure segment); 0.5-1.0MPa (high pressure segment). The pressure difference at the high pressure side, however, must be equal to 0.3 MPa.

(2) Pressure characteristic: It indicates the feature that the outlet pressure fluctuates due to the fluctuation of the inlet pressure when the flow Q is a fixed value. The smaller the output pressure fluctuation is, the better pressure characteristic a reducing valve has.

For reducing valve ZJY46H, its pressure characteristic should conform to GB/T 12245-2006.

(3) Flow characteristic: It indicates the feature that the output pressure varies with the output flow Q when the inlet pressure is fixed. When the flow Q varies, the smaller the output pressure is, the better it is.

For reducing valve ZJY46H, its flow characteristic should conform to GB/T 12245-2006.
